Taekwondo-Do A sport activity for the whole family.

Taekwon-Do is a version of unarmed combat designed for the purpose of self-defence. It is the scientific use of the body in the method of  gaining ultimate use of its facilities through intensive physical and mental training. Taekwon-Do is a very effective and spectacular marital art which is an integral part of Korean society.

Taekwon-Do was founded in South Korea on April 11th 1955, by Major General Choi Hong Hi. It was introduced into the U.K. in 1967.
