| Other Info | Course Programme: Part 1: Patterns:- Part 2: Technical Kicking and Special Technique:- Balance and strength exercises to improve leg techniques Part 3: Sparring:- Explanation of I.T.F point system Part 4: Self defence technique Effective basic self defence technique and take down movements The programme is the same for both the junior and senior sessions and each will be conducted in a manner that suits the age and grade of the participants There will be regular breaks for drinks.Toilet changing facilities available. Please ensure students bring drinks and are in possession of sparring equipment Instructors of students are welcome to be present for the junior session however there is no requirement to participate Please be aware there are no on-site parking facilities so please use surrounding side streets Tongwynlais Village Hall can be easily found off junction 32 of the M4, Coryton roundabout, taking the exit sign posted for Castell Coch |
