All blocks learnt so far: must be able to do combination techniques coming forward’s and backward’s. Anuro [Inward]. Bakuro [Outward]. Golcho [Hooking]. Sonbandak Golcho [Palm hooking]. Sonbandak Noollyo [Palm pressing]. Duro [Scooping].
Punches: All hand techniques learnt so far including: Bandal Jirugi [Cresent punch]. SonBadak Miro Makgi [Palm heel pushing block].Wen Ollyo Jirugi [Left upward punch]. Kaunde Orun Yop Jirugi [Middle right side punch].

Kicks: All kicks learnt so far including: Oren/Wen Nopunde Dollyo Chagi [Right Left high turning kick]. Combination kicking.

Board Breaking: 2 Board’s, Any Kick. 2 Board’s, Any hand. Alternative.

Self-defence: using all techniques.

Pattern:Toi-Gye.

Pattern: Hwa-rang.

One step: If doing board demonstration.

One for one flying techniques.

Free sparring: All techniques, Including 1 to 2 extra opponents.
