Blocks: All blocks learnt so far including: San Makgi [W shape block]. Son Sonkal DaebI Makgi [Twin knifehand downward block]. Kaunde Sonkal Daebi Makgi [Middle section knifehand guarding block].
Punches: All hand techniques learnt so far including: Wen Ollyo Jirugi [Circular upward block]. Naeryo Jirugi [Downward Punch].
Kicks: All kicks learnt so far including: Nopunde Dollyo Chagi [High section turning kick]. Moorup Chagi [knee kick]. Twimyo Dwit Chakgi [Flying back kick].
Board Breaking: 2 Board’s, Reverse back thrust or sidekick. 2 Board’s, Using any hand technique.
Alternative: Self-defence, Using all techniques.
