Blocks: Basics plus; Dollymio makgi [circular block], Sang palmok makgi [twin forearm block]. Napunde anuro sonkal taerigi [high section inward knife hand block]. Kaunde yop jirugi [middle section side fist].

Kicks: Basics plus: Reverse hooking kick. Crescent double kicks. Twisting kick [bituro chagi]. Combination kicking, with knee techniques and jumping front snap kick.

Board Breaking: 1 Board, any hand technique [fist, bear hand, elbow or knife hand].

Alternative: Self-defense techniques using hands.

Pattern: Do-san.

Pattern: Won-hyo.

2 step Sparring: All techniques.

Free sparring: All techniques.
