Stance: Junbi Sogi. [Ready Stance]. Annun Sogi [Sitting Stance].Gunnun Sogi [Walking Stance].
Niunja Sogi [L Stance].
Blocks: Delivered in either sitting stance or walking stance. An Palmok makgi.
Bakat palmok Makgi. Nojunde Bakat Polmok Makgi.
Basic Punch: Sitting Stance left middle section punch. Double punches.
Three section punch [High Middle Low].Walking stance reverse punch.[Obverse Punch].
Kicks: Walking stance, Front snap kick. Fighting Stance, Turning kick double forearm guarding block.
Saju- Jirugi: Left Side. Right Side. Four-directional punching commencing with right walking stance,
using low section outer forearm block middle reverse punch (Kiah on completion).
Saju- Maki: Left Side. Right Side. Four-directional blocking commencing with right leg back into walking stance,
using low section outer forearm knifehand block, stepping forward  into walking stance an palmok makgi
(Inner forarm block) Kiah on completion.
