Our structured classes offer training suitable for all levels from beginners to Black Belts, children and adults.
We are affiliated to ITF Wales and  interested only in traditional Martial Arts based on respect and discipline, together with a modern day approach to training and teaching methods.

Our qualified instructors all hold Full indemnity insurance, hold a valid and current first aid certificate and are all CRB checked (Criminal records burau).
Our aim is to help each individual student attain their ultimate goal in Martial Arts both physically and mentally.

Our syllabus is based on traditional Taekwondo following the ITF system as introduced under Major General Choi-Hong Hi 9th Degree.
